01 Introduction

02 Eligibility

To register and use Mel Bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Mel Bet employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Mel Bet platform.

Mel Bet does not accept registrations from players who are under 18 years of age under any circumstances. If we discover that a player has misrepresented their age during registration, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at our discretion after deducting any amounts already wagered.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Mel Bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, balances will be frozen, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts will be forfeited.

When registering on Mel Bet, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Mel Bet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. • Use a strong, unique password for your Mel Bet account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mel Bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Mel Bet account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where possible.

The minimum deposit on Mel Bet is ৳20. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your Mel Bet account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which is typically within a few minutes.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the Mel Bet finance team. Standard processing time is between 1 and 24 hours from the time the request is submitted. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always stated clearly before you claim.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, depending on the promotion.
• Each promotion specifies which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — is a serious violation of these Terms. Mel Bet actively monitors for bonus abuse and will close accounts and forfeit balances where it is detected.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Mel Bet are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being wagered on, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Mel Bet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet result, the official result from the relevant governing body will be used to settle the market.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm your wager.
• Mel Bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market for any player at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on Mel Bet — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Mel Bet does not modify game logic, adjust return-to-player (RTP) percentages, or alter payout mechanics in any way. The RTP figures published for each game reflect the settings applied by the original developer.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every spin, card deal, or game round is independent of previous results. Past outcomes have no influence on future results. Mel Bet does not guarantee any specific outcome or winning frequency for any game.

• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error affects a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or using prohibited strategies to meet wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Mel Bet staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Mel Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, account balances may be frozen pending investigation.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

• Account suspensions for verification purposes are temporary and will be lifted once satisfactory documentation is provided.
• Accounts closed for Terms violations are permanent and cannot be reopened.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.

10 Privacy & Data
